Processing of personal data

Last updated: 2026. This notice is provided pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”).

1. Data controller

The data controller is AISEOSA — Kids AI Fashion Studio. For any request contact privacy@ai-seosa.com.

2. Data collected

We only collect data voluntarily provided through site forms: parent/guardian identity and contact data, child’s name, age and city, optional information on prior experiences and links to visual materials. No special categories of data are processed without explicit consent.

3. Purposes and legal basis

Data is processed to (a) manage Human Kids Model applications, (b) respond to commercial contact requests, (c) fulfil legal obligations. The legal basis is the data subject’s consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR) and, for minors, the parent/guardian’s consent (Art. 8 GDPR).

4. Retention

Application data is retained only for the time strictly necessary and no longer than 24 months from submission, unless otherwise consented. Data is then deleted or anonymised.

5. Recipients

Data is not transferred to third parties. It may be processed by technical providers (hosting, email, database) appointed as data processors under Art. 28 GDPR with adequate contractual safeguards.

6. Rights of the data subject

The data subject — or the parent/guardian for a minor — may at any time exercise the rights under Articles 15-22 GDPR: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, withdrawal of consent. A complaint may also be lodged with the Italian Data Protection Authority.

7. Minors

The Human Kids Model application form is reserved to parents or legal guardians. No content or communication is addressed directly to the minor. Consent for processing the minor’s data is provided by the parent or legal guardian.

8. Cookies

The site uses only technical cookies necessary for its operation. No profiling cookies are used without prior user consent.
